Suede / Coming Up SDE exclusive blu-ray audio
Suede’s classic 1996 album, Coming Up, is now available to pre-order as this SDE exclusive blu-ray audio edition, featuring an immersive Dolby Atmos Mix by Steven Wilson, alongside other content.
The band's first album recorded without Bernard Butler, Coming Up featured a new look Suede line up as Brett Anderson (singing), Mat Osman (bass) and Simon Gilbert (drums) were joined by Neil Codling (keyboards/guitar) and Richard Oakes (guitar).
The album was a critical and commercial success. It was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize and reached number one in the UK album charts and all five singles – 'Trash', 'Beautiful Ones', 'Saturday Night', 'Lazy' and 'Filmstar' – reached the top 10 in the singles chart in the UK.
Reflecting on Coming Up 30, guitarist Richard Oakes said: "You’re at your most creative in a band if you’ve got something to kick against and Coming Up was us doing that. It was like, “No, we’re not done. Just you watch.”
The blu-ray features new Dolby Atmos and 5.1 mixes by Steven Wilson, a 2026 Steven Wilson Stereo Mix and a Steven Wilson 2026 Instrumental Stereo Mix. These sit alongside the original 1996 stereo mix.

The Coming Up (Region-free) blu-ray audio is #69 in the ongoing SDE Surround Series and will be packaged similarly to previous editions (clear amaray case) and ships with a free, collectible SDE Surround Series slipcase.
